Federico Bonanni

Federico is the Head of Deal Advisory and Head of Restructuring in Italy. He has extensive restructuring experience including advising both corporates and lenders under solvent and insolvent restructuring proceedings. His significant projects include corporate Turnarounds and Financial Restructuring of several national and international corporations. He also provided assistance to all major Italian Banks, International Banks and Special Situation Funds, being involved in re-financing, restructuring, debt for equity swaps, distressed portfolio sales and acquisition projects. Federico constantly assists international alternative investors and primary investments banks in transactions regarding relevant "Single Names" part of stressed and distressed portfolios.
