Elevation Select 2026 is a new year-round programme designed to identify, showcase and support some of Ireland’s most ambitious scaling businesses.
Delivered by Business & Finance, with KPMG Ireland as Programme Partner and Enterprise Ireland as Award Partner, the programme will connect participating businesses with expertise, networks and peer learning to help them navigate the challenges of scaling and pursue international growth.

Successfully scaling a business requires leadership teams to make increasingly complex decisions across areas such as talent, finance, international expansion, technology, governance and organisational development.
Through the wider Elevation Programme, participating businesses will have access to KPMG expertise, external perspectives and peer-to-peer learning across the critical areas that enable sustainable growth.
An initial group of 25 companies has been shortlisted for Elevation Select 2026, spanning technology, medtech, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, engineering, professional services and sustainability.
Together, they reflect the strength of innovation and entrepreneurial ambition across Ireland. From this group, eight companies will be selected to participate in a year-long programme of profiling, networking and growth support.
The eight companies chosen to participate in the programme will be announced at the official launch of Elevation Select 2026 at the Royal Hibernian Academy of Arts, Dublin, on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
The existing Elevation Award, supported by Enterprise will remain a central part of the Business & Finance Awards. The expanded programme is designed to strengthen the ecosystem around the award, providing additional opportunities to profile and connect Irish businesses at critical stages in their scaling journeys.
