- Regulatory Horizon Updates: focus on the current regulatory environment in Ireland, with a particular emphasis on hot topics that are currently shaping the industry. The update covered the key regulatory changes, ongoing hot topics, and upcoming regulatory developments that asset managers should be aware of. Presented by Nicola Munnelly, Director in KPMG Law LLP.
- Tax Updates: a concise overview of key tax developments relevant to asset managers and funds. Topics included recent guidance updates in the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) landscape, VAT considerations impacting the industry, and evolving investor reporting obligations. The session highlighted the practical implications for compliance and operational readiness in a rapidly changing tax environment.
