Our cost consultancy services, based on over four decades of practical industry experience, delivers specialised resources that improve the delivery of projects within budget, time and quality parameters. Mechanical & Electrical Cost Management
We have a dedicated Mechanical & Electrical Cost Management team offering a full range of M&E services across all sectors and project types. Services recently provided include: engineering services and IT system cost management, capital life cycle cost planning, energy usage and payback calculations, preparation of capital allowance tax schedules and BER Cert preparation.
Consultancy Services
We provide end-to-end consultancy services or specialist services, focusing on specific project areas. The services can range from large scale, complex capital developments to smaller projects with a shorter implementation timescale.
