The KPMG Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards is the beacon for excellence in the Irish property sector. Award winners set the benchmark for professionalism and showcase the best that industry stakeholders have to offer.
All professional institutes, representative bodies and government agencies endorse the KPMG Irish Independent Property Excellence Awards. The Awards highlight, reward and celebrate excellence in the Irish property industry.
Core to the success of the awards over the past six years is the integrity of the judging process and its commercial structure. No award recipient is permitted to sponsor any of the award categories. Any profit raised by the awards programme continues to be reinvested back into the property industry through the Doctorate in Property Research.

The Irish property industry has a demonstrated history of resilience and ability to deal with uncertainty. The standard of exceptional projects awarded once again reflects the industry’s resilience. We’ve seen a large focus on ESG, regeneration and digitalisation, and judged over 120 entries. At KPMG we’re delighted to support the recognition of excellence in Ireland’s property industry and the showcasing of high-standard activities that are shaping the future of the industry.
