Ciara Wrafter

Ciara is a Tax Partner advising a diverse range of Irish headquartered and multinational clients on all aspects of tax. She has a particular focus on the insurance, renewable energy and alternative investment sectors. Ciara has extensive merger and acquisition experience, advising on due diligence and structuring of Irish and international acquisitions and expansion. Ciara regularly leads multi-jurisdictional teams in delivering solutions for clients on large-scale transactions. Ciara has a BBL in Business and Law and a Masters in Accounting from University College Dublin. She is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland (ACA) and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute (AITI).
