Paul is Head of Resourcing for KPMG managing hiring and global mobility needs of the firm. With over 20 years HR experience in KPMG and in the world’s largest microchip multinational corporation. He and his team execute all aspects of recruitment, immigration and relocation for KPMG. As one of the largest graduate recruiters in the country the team have received many awards including Graduate Recruiter of the Year, Best Internship Programme and Best Graduate Training & Development Programme and Diversity Recruiter.
