Gavin Sheehan

Gavin is a partner in our Deal Advisory practice and advises a broad range of Irish and international clients in respect of M&A and fundraising transactions. He is a member of KPMG’s Private Enterprise group, working closely with both scaling and established owner managed businesses as well as with a variety of equity and debt capital providers. He also has extensive experience advising many of Ireland’s most successful listed companies. Gavin specialises in buy side, sell side and lender due diligence engagements, as well as carve out and vendor assistance projects. Gavin has a BComm International (French) and Master of Accounting from University College Dublin (UCD). He is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
