Nuala Prendergast

Nuala has over 15 years’ experience delivering complex transformational, remediation, migration and regulatory change programmes. She has led the design of Target Operating Models (TOM) for Finance (incl. Shared Services), Risk, HR and specialised operational units. She has defined and led the implementation of processes, governance structures and risk and control frameworks including enterprise risk management, operational, conduct and internal control frameworks. Nuala has supported clients in assessing complex issues and designing detailed approaches to remediate issues in an efficient and cost-effective manner. She has established and led large multi-disciplinary teams with a wide range of skills and capabilities including integrated teams with clients and various other third parties.
