Rosalind Norton

Rosalind is a Director in Risk Consulting and advises a range of leading financial institutions in banking and insurance. Rosalind has been with KPMG for 7 years, with 5 years spent at KPMG Australia. In this time, she has gained valuable insight and deep knowledge across Individual Accountability, Conduct Risk, Culture and Inclusion and Diversity.

Rosalind assists clients with the development of regulatory and culture change programmes and regulatory reviews and investigations. Rosalind has particular expertise in assisting clients with developing their Inclusion and Diversity Policy and Strategy and designing their overarching approach to assessing culture. Rosalind also brings SME knowledge on the impact and lessons learnt from the Banking Executive Accountability Regime (BEAR) in Australia.
