James is a partner within our Deal Advisory practice and is Head of the Turnaround, Restructuring and Forensics Practice in Northern Ireland. He has over 20 years of experience advising Irish, UK and international clients on all aspects of deal advisory across a breadth of M&A and turnaround scenarios. James has led some of NI’s largest and most complex turnaround projects and regularly advises company stakeholders, banks and private equity across all sectors. James is also an accredited expert witness regularly providing expert testimony and dispute advisory services to a range of clients.
