Susan is an associate director in the People and Change Consulting practice within KPMG.
She brings over twenty five years’ experience as a senior HR Professional, specialising in Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications, Culture development and Project and Programme Management.
Susan has gained experience in the professional services sector, having previously worked as Associate Director in Grant Thornton and the role of Manager at PwC and also within industry, where she worked in BBC NI and various roles within the Financial Services sector.
