Conor has broad experience across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on the aviation finance sector, where he advises aircraft leasing platforms and investors.
Conor has extensive experience advising on tax efficient structuring and financing, complex capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business expansions, and broader international tax developments such as the OECD’s BEPS Pillar 2 project.
Conor has regularly led multi-jurisdictional teams to deliver for his clients on transformative, large-scale transactions.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Galway. Conor is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
