Chris is an associate director at KPMG Ireland, working within the Deal Advisory practice, specifically in the Infrastructure and Government team. With over ten years of experience in the Northern Ireland Civil Service, Chris has developed extensive expertise in business cases, tender assessments, value for money assessments, governance advice, policy making, and investment decision making.

Chris has led significant investment decisions in public transport projects and various policy areas, including the All Island Strategic Rail Review. He led the sponsoring team that supported Translink in delivering the public transport network. His role involved providing strategic advice and recommendations on investments in public transport, such as the Belfast Transport Hub, Weavers Cross transport-led regeneration, and initiatives for zero-emission transport.

Additionally, Chris served as a Senior Civil Servant within the Department for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, where he led efforts in sustainable agrifood and investments through farm business improvement schemes.
