Olivia Lynch

Olivia is Head of Tax Markets for KPMG. She also leads the firm's M&A tax practice, advising on diligence, financing and structuring for a range of transactions. She also co leads KPMG's Private Enterprise practice, where she advises a range of private and public corporate clients in Ireland and abroad as well as high net worth individuals and families on matters affecting business and personal assets, retirement and succession planning. Olivia has broad experience across a wide range of sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, renewables, telecommunications and retail . Olivia also advises on global mobility, reward strategies, pensions and share-based incentive arrangements. As well as her tax work, Olivia is an advocate for women in business and plays an active role in promoting KPMG’s inclusion and diversity agenda, including leading KPMG's support of the Going for Growth programme - an initiative to support female entrepreneurs to grow and scale their businesses. Olivia is a Past President of the Irish Tax Institute and a Fellow of both the Irish Tax Institute and Chartered Accountants Ireland, and writes extensively on tax matters.
