Tania Kuklina

Tania is a Management Consulting Director with the People & Change team. She has over 15 years of experience working across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. She has led large transformation programmes across multiple sectors and specialises in workforce transformation, operating model, organisational design and change management. She is an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching, Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA), certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ), Project Management Professional (PMI) and highly skilled in data analytics.
