Tania is a Management Consulting Director with the People & Change team. She has over 15 years of experience working across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. She has successfully led large-scale transformation programmes across multiple sectors, with deep expertise in workforce transformation, organisational design, people analytics, and change management.

Tania leads Workforce Design and Strategic Workforce Planning service offering at KPMG Ireland, helping organisations to integrate AI and emerging technologies into workforce strategies.

She is an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching, Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA), certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ), Project Management Professional (PMI) and highly skilled in AI and data analytics.
