Elaine is a Director in our Belfast office. Her primary role is advising local and international clients on their UK tax affairs. She has significant experience working on the tax compliance for large groups, ensuring that all compliance matters are completed to meet challenging deadlines and exacting standards.

Elaine has worked on many tax due diligence projects and advised on various M&A assignments, acquisition structuring, debt refinancing and reorganisations.
