Eunan has 20+ years’ experience advising on employment taxes, reward, expatriate tax matters, personal tax and corporate tax issues across a wide range of both domestic and multinational clients. Eunan advises employers on all aspects of employer compliance obligations including the operation of PAYE and NIC on payments, expenses and benefits provided to employees, establishing employment status, termination payments, National Minimum Wage (NMW) and the operation of Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) regulations. He also advises employers on the structuring and taxation of employee reward packages. He has supported and represented many clients during HMRC investigations, preparing voluntary disclosures, rationalisation exercises and performing tax due diligences in advance of sale/acquisition. Eunan is currently KPMG Ireland’s tax technical representative on the Northern Ireland Tax Committee of Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Northern Ireland Branch of The Chartered Institute of Taxation
