Neil has over 20 years of experience advising on transfer pricing and international tax matters including in the areas of policy design, business model and value chain evaluation, complex audit defence and dispute resolution.

Neil is an experienced negotiator in Irish and global transfer pricing disputes and engages regularly with tax authorities under Advance Pricing Agreements and Mutual Agreement Procedures.

He advises public and privately owned groups that are headquartered in Ireland and internationally and has experience across a variety of sectors including technology, pharma and healthcare, financial services, renewables, venture capital, engineering and industrial sectors.

He is a member of the KPMG EMEA Technical Insights Group and regularly partners with leading advisers across the global network.
