Killian Croke

Killian is a partner in the Financial Services Group. He is the lead audit and assurance partner in the Aviation Finance practice. Killian has 20 years’ experience providing audit, transaction services and other advisory work to clients across banking, aviation finance and leasing sectors. Killian has particular experience in the provision of IFRS, US GAAP/GAAS, SOX-404 and US capital markets work for aircraft lessors and financiers. He has been closely involved in the listing of securities by aircraft lessors on the New York, Irish and London Stock Exchanges and the transfer of large aircraft portfolios to Ireland from various locations around the world. He has also supported clients with mergers and acquisitions, lease validation projects for aircraft securitisations and performed contract and risk pricing reviews.
