Kevin also advises significant family owned companies in Northern Ireland across a wide range of businesses including in the pharmaceutical and property sectors. His private client advice areas embrace capital gains planning; inheritance tax; appropriate use of off-shore structures; and planning opportunities for non-resident individuals and non UK domiciles.
