Every May, KPMG Ireland comes alive with colour, culture, and connection during our Around the World Party – a vibrant celebration of the more than 60 nationalities represented across our firm.
This annual event is a cornerstone of our commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming workplace. It’s a time when colleagues come together to share their heritage through food, music, traditional dress, and stories.
This year’s celebration held special significance as it formed a key part of our Global Values Week. The Around the World Party embodied our core value of Together. It was a powerful reminder that our strength lies in our diversity and our ability to collaborate across cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives.
While the Around the World Party is a highlight, our support for international colleagues extends far beyond a single day. Through initiatives like our International Buddy Programme, our Cross Company Allyship programme, and our active Multicultural Network, we want to ensure that every colleague feels welcomed, supported, and empowered to thrive from day one.
These programmes foster connection, build community, and help us all learn from one another - strengthening our culture of inclusion every day. We believe that when we come together, we go further.
