Stephen is a director in KPMG’s Consulting practice, specialising in aviation finance, financial services, business modelling, data analysis and regulatory change.
Stephen also works with clients in the aviation finance and project finance sectors, providing financial modelling, model review and transaction support across a wide range of deals including S144a public offerings and 4(a)2 private placement transactions.
Stephen works with banking and financial services clients on complex transformation, remediation and regulatory programmes, with particular experience in the use of financial modelling and data-driven analysis to support decision-making, customer remediation and the assessment of financial products and portfolios.
He has significant experience across banking, consumer and mortgage lending, supporting clients on regulatory change, product and calculation methodologies, model review and large-scale remediation exercises.
