Grace Randles, as AEOI Director, has over 11 years of experience in KPMG Ireland's financial services tax group and leads the day to day delivery of KPMG Ireland’s AEOI service offering, covering US FATCA, the OECD’s CRS and the EU’s DAC II regimes.
Grace has extensive experience in providing AEOI advisory and compliance services to clients across many sectors including asset management, insurance, banking, aircraft leasing and non-financial. This includes entity classifications, the completion of self-certification forms, registration and reporting, due diligence reviews, policy and procedure reviews, legal agreement reviews and various ad-hoc technical queries.
Grace has assisted a wide range of clients that have been selected for FATCA/CRS Profile Interviews by the Irish Revenue Commissioners (“Revenue”) and is the Vice Chair of the Irish Funds AEOI Working Group.
As part of this group, Grace has been involved in making submissions to Revenue, attending regular meetings with Revenue and drafting language for inclusion in Revenue’s AEOI guidance.
