Shane O’Driscoll is a Director in KPMG’s Management Consulting Healthcare Practice and a licensed pharmacist with an MBA.
Shane has over 15 years’ experience in healthcare transformation, digital health, and change management. He has led several major programmes, including drafting the business case for the HSE National Integrated EHR, designing and implementing innovative operating models, and managing the end-to-end implementation of EHR systems in both acute and community settings.
Shane’s frontline experience in community pharmacy gives him a deep understanding of the Irish healthcare system and the challenges faced by service providers and users.
He is recognised for his ability to manage complex, large-scale change and ensure the adoption of new ways of working and technology, delivering tangible benefits for clients and stakeholders.
