He brings over 15 years of experience in strategic advisory and commercial management, delivering complex projects across diverse sectors in the built environment. His expertise covers programme, contract, commercial, procurement, scope, schedule and risk management.
Bosco has extensive experience in developing and administering commercial contracts, as well as leading claims and final settlement negotiations on behalf of employers.
This combination of technical and strategic insight enables him to drive the successful design of Target Operating Models, development, delivery and governance of major capital programmes.
