Every year on 3 December, we proudly celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPwD), reaffirming our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

We believe that accessibility is not just about removing barriers - it’s about recognising the value of every individual and ensuring that people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

      In conversation with Sinéad Burke

To mark IDPwD 2024, we were honoured to welcome Sinéad Burke, accessibility advocate and CEO of Tilting the Lens, to speak with us.

Sinéad’s inspiring talk explored how we can design environments and workplace cultures that allow people to be both independent and interdependent - creating space for everyone to flourish.

      • Sensory hours
Available in Dublin, Cork, and Belfast canteens to support colleagues sensitive to noise, light, or crowds.
      • Education & awareness
Workshops, speaker events, and ongoing learning opportunities to foster understanding and dialogue.

      What inclusion means to us

Disability inclusion a cornerstone of how we build a better workplace. By embedding it into our IDE strategy, we’re not just moving in a positive direction - we’re creating lasting change.

True disability inclusion means creating a culture where everyone feels they belong – where differences aren’t just accepted but actively valued and supported. It’s about making space for every voice to be heard and every person to thrive.
