From October 2024, Tamás is appointed as Advisory Co-leader and he is the Head of Management Consulting and Technology Advisory at KPMG. Tamás managed a series of large scale and complex IT projects or lead the quality assurance of them. In addition to the strategy and operations management consulting area, his expertise include IT system requirement definition, system and vendor selection, ERP, CRM or BI system implementation; as well as IT strategy, organization and process development.
