With a career spanning 20+ years, Balázs has been leading the Finance Process Advisory teams in Hungary. He is a business development leader with significant experience in managing and growing Shared Service Centers (SSC) and advising on Business Process Outsouring (BPO). Balázs has not only advised numerous multinational corporations but has also been working hard to integrate the various industry players. The KPMG Hungary team is market leader in SSC and BPO advisory. Balazs is heading the CEE SSC Network and is also member of the GBS (Global Business Services) CoE, as such, is well positioned to support all global SSC / GBS transformation projects from location selection through the entire lifecycle.
