      Zoltán has been working in KPMG’s Financial Risk Management & Regulatory practice since 2023, currently holding the position of Principal Consultant. He obtained his degrees from the predecessors of Corvinus University of Budapest and Budapest University of Economics & Business.

      Previously, he spent more than 25 years working in commercial and mortgage banks, asset management firms, and securities trading companies. He typically held senior executive roles, leading risk management and lending functions. He has been involved in managing banking M&A projects, portfolio acquisitions and divestments, as well as the comprehensive transformation of banking organizations and processes. He has implemented and led a wide range of risk management functions within both international and Hungarian financial groups. His experience covers the management of lending and workout areas; risk methodology; credit, market and liquidity risk; capital adequacy and regulatory functions; collateral management; and operational risk.

      Within KPMG’s Financial Risk Management practice, he leads or supports projects related to risk modelling, capital adequacy, and audit support. In the Regulatory area, he is typically involved in advisory projects related to bank establishment and spin-off, resolvability and resolution, collateral management, and risk strategy. In addition, he works on the development of AI-based solutions supporting risk management and lending processes, as well as projects facilitating digital transformation in banking and corporate operations.
