Tímea has joined KPMG in Hungary in 1998 as IT advisor, she has been manager since 2002. Her areas of expertise cover project management, system implementation, quality assurance, business process review and reengineering. She has more than 10 year experience in SAP and Oracle based system implementation including conceptual and detail design, implementation, client side program and project management, quality assurance and has an excellent understanding of business processes and organizational change.
