Throughout his career, he has worked on complex treasury transformation projects, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and treasury management systems, as well as the development of cash forecasting processes. He has been involved in the operation of treasury functions at several large corporations and in related transformation projects, where he was responsible for coordinating workstreams and providing professional support. In his work, a strong emphasis is placed on simplifying processes and improving operational efficiency.
