- Candidates can be recommended for open positions that are advertised on the Internet, Social Media or otherwise at the time of recommendation. For the latest information, check out our current vacancies here: https://kpmg.hrfelho.hu/
- Send the CV of the recommended candidate to referral@kpmg.hu with the subject line "Alumni Recommendation / name of position";
- Please include a short justification about why you are recommending the candidate;
- After this, candidates will be contacted and, if their CVs are found suitable by our sourcing colleagues in the first round, the recommendation (and recruitment) process will start;
- The recommended candidate will be considered as an equivalent candidate in the selection process, the same criteria will apply to all candidates.
- For data protection reasons, the recommender will not receive any further notification of the process, except if an offer is made to the candidate he/she recommends.
- The referrer, after the successful recruitment and a probationary period, may choose a charity to which KPMG will make a donation of 100 000 HUF to support the charity's goals. The organisations that can be selected include SOS Children's Villages, Egyenlítő Foundation, Heroes' Square Foundation, NEM ADOM FEL Foundation and the Hungarian Food Bank Association.
