“I’ve been a part of the KPMG family since 2003. I’d say I adapted quite easily, as my experience in two other firms in the same industry helped me quickly align with the values and philosophy of my new company, built on mutual trust and collaboration. Starting out in the banking sector, one of the most demanding areas within Audit, with tight deadlines and constant challenges, it was the strong coordination within the team that gave me the strength to keep going, to improve, and to keep learning so that I could consistently deliver high-quality work that satisfied both our team and our clients. 

Throughout the years, I’ve felt fulfilled by the variety of experiences, the constant exchange of knowledge, and the genuine positivity that comes from working with colleagues who approach everything with a smile. 

After some time, I spent five years as the Executive Assistant to the firm’s Senior Partner, a role that truly changed everything for me. The responsibilities were exceptionally high, and the pressure to perform at the highest level was intense. However, that experience - working closely with almost every department in the firm - reshaped my character and gave me strengths I didn’t know I had. The professionalism of the people I interacted with daily, along with our move to our new, state-of-the-art offices, made me appreciate even more why KPMG holds such a respected position in the global market.

Now that I’m back exclusively in Audit for the past year, I can truly see how all those years of experience within KPMG have made my current work more enjoyable and productive. And even when things get challenging, there’s one thing that never leaves me, my smile.”
