"The concept of risk has always fascinated me. It is one of the most complex yet essential elements in every business decision, and understanding, measuring, and managing risk has been a challenge I find genuinely engaging. Thus, my career in the Financial Risk Management department naturally grew out of this interest in risk and its role in decision-making.

What continues to excite me to this day is that very complexity. Every project is different, every client has unique needs, and each time you must strike a balance between theory and practice, combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. This is especially true in a sector like Banking, which is constantly evolving and influenced by numerous external factors. The need to adapt and understand the broader context becomes even more critical. That’s where I find both my greatest challenge and satisfaction: transforming complex technical issues into something that has a meaningful impact on an organization’s decisions. What often makes the difference is the ability to translate technical analysis or the language of models into something that bridges the gap with the real world of decision-making.

One of the things I value most about the company is that it gives you the space to grow based on your work, not on fixed ‘timers’. From day one, I felt that both effort and results are recognized, and that professional growth is shaped by the value you bring rather than a predetermined pace or career path. This is reinforced by a culture that always encourages going one step further and not settling for 'good enough', but aiming for solutions that truly make a difference.

For me, some of the most essential ingredients for a team to function well are communication, professional ethics, and camaraderie. Whether it’s brainstorming with the team or mentoring a less experienced colleague, what matters is having room for exchanging ideas, continuous learning, and growth. The feeling that we’re all learning and evolving together is one of the most powerful aspects of everyday work."
