“My first encounter with KPMG happened during my academic years, while I was starting my professional journey at another firm in the industry. When the opportunity arose, I sought to join the Audit department, which I did three years ago. Soon enough, I realized that the culture of trust, open communication, and collaboration isn’t just a set of formal statements, but the values we live by every day, guiding everything we do.
Today, just a few years later, as an Assistant Manager, what I appreciate most is that the projects we manage involve clients who are leaders in their sectors, with highly skilled teams and high expectations.
