"I have been a member of KPMG since the end of 2014, when I started as an assistant in the Audit Department. After about seven years of continuous learning and hands-on experience, I obtained my Certified Public Accountant qualification and now work as a Senior Manager on statutory audit engagements with increased responsibility and complexity. Looking back on my journey, I believe that beyond having a solid understanding of laws and standards, the key to success lies in teamwork and perseverance. Good collaboration among team members fosters new ideas and creates the right conditions to address challenges in our work. By showing perseverance, we learn from what we’ve faced and overcome obstacles, staying focused on our goals even when circumstances are particularly demanding, which happens quite often.
Throughout all these years at KPMG, I have had the opportunity to work with colleagues who supported my efforts and helped me grow both professionally and personally.
