“I started off my professional journey with KPMG 17 years ago as a Junior Advisor in Deal Advisory, specifically within the Transaction Services team. At the time, I thought it was just an ordinary position. But soon I realized that I had found something far greater, a place that challenged me, shaped me, and continues to help me grow, both professionally and personally. When I first started, I was the youngest team member and one of only four people in the department. Today, as a Director, I feel proud to have been part of the team’s evolution almost from its earliest days, and even prouder to now support the new generation taking their own first steps.

Naturally, the path over these years hasn’t always been easy. There were moments of intense pressure, demanding projects, and challenges that tested my limits. But through them, I learned so much about myself, about resilience, teamwork, and above all, the importance of having people around you who genuinely care, both professionally and personally.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned at KPMG is that leadership isn’t about titles or hierarchy. It’s about attitude, consistency, and behavior, about how you manage, inspire, support, and motivate your team, and how you handle both the highs and the lows. During times of pressure, tight deadlines, and complex projects, I always make it a priority to stand by my team and support them in every way I can.

In Transaction Services, nothing works without commitment and teamwork. My daily goal is to cultivate an environment of trust and open communication, where every opinion matters and every effort is recognized. I deeply believe in the power of the team, sharing knowledge, encouraging growth, and creating space for individual development.

My journey at KPMG has been, and continues to be, a constant source of learning and growth. Today, I know with certainty that the decision I made 17 years ago was the right one.”
