One project that stands out for me was the implementation of an eProcurement system for a leading company in the Greek heavy industry sector. The industry’s distinct culture required adapting to a different mindset, overcoming obstacles, and embracing innovative practices to deliver the added value the client expected. The results were incredibly rewarding as we witnessed the client’s daily operations improve with tangible outcomes.

As a team leader, I believe inspiration comes through example, and projects like this provide opportunities to motivate my team while continuously supporting initiative-taking. Open communication and empathy are my tools for maintaining a sense of trust and collaboration. I also believe that everyone should be authentic and share their perspectives openly, as this is what makes us unique both individually and collectively.
