On 6 March 2026, the recruitment process for KPMG’s Audit Services officially commenced, targeting University graduates at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. The program is designed for young professionals who demonstrate creativity, teamwork, enthusiasm and a strong results-oriented mindset wishing to pursue a career in Audit.

Due to the continued growth of our firm, we are seeking talented graduates to join our Audit practice in Athens, Thessaloniki and Crete.

Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates demonstrate strong teamwork ability and a clear focus on delivering quality work. Those selected will actively participate in a wide range of audit engagements, creating added value and inspiring the trust of both colleagues and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A postgraduate degree will be considered a significant asset.
- Excellent command of the English language (Proficiency level).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Selection Process
- Submit your application through the LinkedIn job posting by 30 June 2026.
- Recruitment will take place in two hiring phases: the first during the summer and the second in September.
- Candidates who meet the program requirements will be invited to participate in KPMG’s assessment process.
- The next steps include attending an interview with KPMG professionals.
