She specializes in People & Change management projects, with emphasis on HR strategy and culture development through the improvement of Employee Experience developing Performance, Reward and talent management systems, on identifying the capabilities/potentiality of executives, on assisting executives in transition phase as well as on implementing effectively changes in big Greek and multinational companies.
Finally, Veroni contributes to highlighting the importance of human resource activity in Greece through research, speeches and articles.
