Kofi Frempong- Kore is a Partner in the Tax Unit of KPMG. He has over 20 years experience in Audit where he served some of the firm’s largest clients in the energy and mining sectors. He has provided audit and other financial advisory services including taxation and accountancy under different capacities to a portfolio of clients including oil companies, mining and mining support service companies, financial institutions, commercial, industrial and manufacturing, shipping, service organizations and international development projects. Kofi has been extensively involved in the conversion of financial statements to IFRS to meet international reporting requirements for several Ghanaian banks. He is an experienced trainer and has facilitated several training programmes for our clients.
