Ekow is a Chartered Accountant and a Partner in the audit unit of KPMG in Ghana with over 20 years of post-qualification experience in the provision of audit, accounting and financial advisory services, review of financial systems and controls, IFRS conversion and other assurance and review engagements
He has extensive experience in providing audit and other audit-related services in various capacities to a portfolio of clients across industries and sectors including Energy and Natural Resources, Telecommunication, Consumer Market, Financial Institutions among others. His key role in audits is giving strategic direction to the audit teams, liaising with key management of clients, reviewing work done by audit teams, and presentations to audit committees and Boards
He was seconded to KPMG Sierra Leone Office between December 2013 and November 2015 where he provided audit and review services to a number of companies. Since 2016, Ekow has been involved in a number of audit engagements in Liberia.
