Cynthia has gained varied experience in Audit and Assurance services across different sectors including the Financial Services and Consumer and Industrial Markets (CIM) in both KPMG Ghana and KPMG South Africa. She has extensive knowledge in the application of accounting and auditing standards, which has been demonstrated over the years in her role as the team lead of the Department of Professional Practice (Technical Desk). She is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), and a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Cynthia is very passionate about excellent service delivery and people development through capacity building. Over the years, she has contributed significantly to the Firm’s Audit Quality agenda as well as projecting the KPMG Brand and the accounting profession as a whole.
