Colette is a seasoned audit and financial advisory leader with more than 17 years of experience at KPMG. She has deep expertise in audit and assurance, IFRS advisory, operational reviews, and financial systems and controls. She has led major audit and IFRS conversion engagements across multiple industries, delivering rigorous insights and consistently high-quality outcomes.
Her career spans Ghana and Nigeria, including a three-year tenure with the Energy and Natural Resources practice of KPMG Professional Services in Nigeria. This regional experience has strengthened her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and advise organizations operating in dynamic markets.
Colette is recognized for her leadership in audit execution—overseeing engagement strategy, directing multidisciplinary teams, managing key client relationships, and presenting to Boards and Audit Committees. She has successfully led audits for multinational corporations, public interest entities, donor-funded organizations, and high-growth enterprises.
In addition to her client leadership roles, Colette serves as the People Partner for KPMG in Ghana with responsibility for the people, people performance and culture of the firm. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s people strategy, championing talent development, and fostering a culture of inclusion, excellence, and accountability. Her combination of technical depth and strong people leadership makes her a trusted advisor and a strategic asset to the firm.
