      Kwame is the Head of Advisory and a Partner responsible for Governance, Risk, Compliance and ESG Services at KPMG Ghana. He has over 20 years of business and professional experience, working with clients in Ghana, the United States, Nigeria, and Liberia.

      Kwame advises organisations across diverse sectors and scales on how to understand and manage their risks, strengthen governance, enhance compliance, and integrate ESG principles to drive sustainable growth. He has led numerous engagements in internal audit, process reviews, enterprise risk management, board advisory, and oversight of large-scale projects. 

      His approach blends deep technical insight with practical, board-level advisory, shaped by years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams to support local and multinational clients.

      Kwame believes that empathetic leadership has the power to transform both organisations and people to achieve meaningful results. He brings this mindset to his clients’ work and to mentoring teams across the firm. Outside work, he enjoys track events and quiet time to reflect and recharge.
