Emma Bailey has been appointed as Advisory Director in the Guernsey office of KPMG in the Crown Dependencies and is set to significantly enhance the firm’s presence and credentials in Risk and Regulatory consulting services.
Emma brings nearly 20 years’ experience from her role at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, most recently as Director of the Authorisations and Innovation Division. In her new role at KPMG, Emma will leverage her extensive regulatory knowledge to assist private sector clients with a range of services, including pre onsite-visit preparation, application reviews, change of control / acquisition reviews, post-acquisition integration plan reviews and governance reviews.
