Gillian Challinor

The Interim Head of Programme at Jersey Overseas Aid, specialising in Financial Inclusion. JOA’s Financial Inclusion funding stream seeks to empower low-income women and marginalised communities, helping to build resilience to economic shocks, improve financial health, and develop sustainable livelihoods. Gillian has spent most of her career as a project and grant manager, working for charities and funders in the United Kingdom. She is currently an advisor for the Jersey Community Foundation and a board member of Access to Finance Rwanda.

Becky Barnes-Barrington (née Houzé)

Fourth-generation farmer who proudly runs her family’s pedigree Jersey dairy farm, breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated role. Known as "The Jersey Cowgirl," Becky is a prominent Dairy Farmer influencer with a following of 279.7k and is among the Top 35 Dairy Farmer Influencers in 2025.

She recently joined The Jersey Cow Distillery team in launching a new brand of gin and is also the face of JT Global campaign on the Liberty buses.

Kimberley Coote-Cunningham

A KPMG Audit Senior Manager and People Lead Manager, overseeing staff performance and progression, playing a pivotal role in helping the firm achieve its people mandate. She mentors young female talents, and her expertise was highly valued as a judge at the JEP Pride of Jersey Awards. Additionally, she manages the Assistant Manager development programme and staff recognition initiatives.

Aimée O’Connor

A remarkable KPMG Audit Assistant at the start of her career, achieving the highest scores in the world in her ACCA exams. She earned the ACCA Gold Medal for the highest worldwide combined score across Strategic Professional Level Exams. Aimee is a mental health first aider, leads the CSR committee, and mentors peers in the Audit Assistant Forum. She is dedicated to philanthropy, supporting several local charities and volunteers at Springfield Primary School with Every Child Our Future.

We also will be joined by students representatives of Jesey College for Girls, participating in the KPMG sponsored female leadership programme – The Art of Leadhership.
