In the coming months, many properties will be facing valuation in financial statements, but the market is characterized by limited transactions. In this seminar, we will explore how properties are valued in the current context and share accountant's best advice for obtaining an accurate valuation considering changes in the market situation.
We will also take a closer look at what should be included in the annual report to ensure a fair value and consider relevant parameters. This seminar is aimed at anyone in the real estate industry who works with investment properties and wants to gain more insight into valuation.
Join us for an informative seminar co-hosted by KPMG together with Estate Media.
