Complex Transformation Amid Regulatory Pressure
A mid-sized insurance company needed comprehensive support for its migration to S/4HANA. In addition to the technical transformation, regulatory requirements, licensing issues, and the strategic decision to migrate to the cloud had to be taken into account - all under significant time pressure due to the end of SAP support in 2027.
Holistic End-to-End Transformation Approach
KPMG started from scratch and provided support across the entire value chain: from analyzing and optimizing the licensing structure to assisting with regulatory negotiations and obtaining approval from the regulatory authority. At the same time, the cloud transformation was strategically integrated into the overall project.
